3.3 Items listed on this website will be supplied by Yonina Jewelry. In the event that an item is out of stock, Yonina Jewelry will make every effort to contact you with an offer to purchase a replacement item of a similar nature and price and accordingly you will be given the option to change your order or cancel your original order.

3.4 Yonina Jewelry reserves the right to stop, at any time and without prior notice, the production of any item and/or its offer for purchase and/or the provision of any service by it and you waive any claim and/or demand and/or claim in connection therewith . Yonina-Jewelry does not guarantee that a certain item will be available for sale, even if the item appeared as available on the website.

4. Ordering items through the website (hereinafter: "the order

4.2 If, when placing the order, you provide incorrect identification information, Yonina-Jewelry will not be able to guarantee that the products will reach you. In the event that the products are returned to Yonina Jewelry due to incorrect information you provided, you will be charged for shipping fees and handling of the order. Please make sure to fill in accurate and up-to-date details. Submission of false personal information is strictly prohibited by law.

4.3 After you have confirmed your order, using the option to end the purchase process and make the payment, your order will be transferred to Yonina-Jewelry for execution. From the moment the order is confirmed, the order cannot be changed or canceled by you, subject to what is stated in the "cancellation of purchase and product return policy" chapter. Your order will be confirmed by sending an email.

4.4 If, after the check of your credit card information is completed, approval is received from the credit company to make the purchase and if the item requested by you is in stock, your offer will be considered feasible and Yonina Jewelry will work to supply the item(s) ordered and purchased by you.

5. Price policy

5.1 The price of the item(s) for which you will be charged for ordering and purchasing the item(s) is the one specified on the website at the time of placing the order. If you choose to pay using a PAYPAL account, Yonina-Jewelry will collect the payment for the products only after receiving confirmation from PAYPAL. 7. Privacy Policy

7.1 The information that Yonina-Jewelry receives from you, including your personal details, is for billing and shipping purposes, so that you can order items from the website and receive them. 8. Delivery of the products

8.1 The delivery time for items sold on the site and sent by courier is up to 5 business days from the order confirmation date.
Delivery time for items sent via Israel Post is up to 21 business days from the order confirmation date.
Should there be a delay in receiving the product, the customer will make sure to update Yonina-Jewelry via e-mail.

9. Purchase cancellation and product return policy

9.1 All items on this site are handmade, are unique and cannot be replaced.

9.2 You can cancel the purchase of an item up to 24 hours from the date of placing the order, provided that the item has not yet been sent to its destination. Cancellation of an order will be made by email to the address that appears in the contact information on the website. Cancellation will entitle you to a refund of the cost of the item as actually paid.

9.3 Yonina Jewelry may, for any reason, before the product is sent to the customer, cancel the transaction. In this case Yonina-Jewelry will return to the customer the full amount paid by him including shipping fees.

9.4 An item purchased on the website can be returned up to 14 days from the day of receipt of the product at the customer's home, when it is packed in its original packaging, as long as it is not damaged and has not been used.

9.5 The items leaving the Yonina-Jewelry website go through a strict quality control process. However, should you receive a damaged or defective item, every effort will be made to offer you a replacement item. Accordingly, you will be given the option to receive the replacement item (if any) or cancel your order.

9.6 If you return an item in accordance with the terms of cancellation of the transaction, Yonina-Jewelry will credit you with the cost of the item as actually paid (not including delivery by mail), within 7 business days from the day it receives the product.

9.7 In the event of cancellation of a transaction by Yonina Jewelry or by the customer, the customer will not be entitled to any refund or compensation beyond the refund of the financial cost he actually paid for the item(s).

10. Limitation of liability

10.1 The use of the website is on an "AS-IS" basis and Yonina Jewelry will not be responsible for any damage and/or loss and/or expense, of any kind and type, that will be caused to users as a result of the use of the website, whether or not Yonina-Jewelry saw them, between Q. 10.6 Yonina-Jewelry will not be responsible for its inability to fulfill its obligations and/or for any delay in delivery and/or cancellation of an order due to force majeure as defined below. The buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties applicable to the shipment.
